my journey

I grew up in Norton, Massachusetts and I have been serving the Raynham/Taunton community for the past ten years at Mel's Diner and 2 Jerks BBQ. My bartending journey began in 2017 when I went to the Professional School of Bartending and excelled quickly in my class--only to fail the exam by making a virgin bloody mary, with vodka. This mistake sticks with me to this day, and I have yet to make that mistake again.

I started at 2 Jerks BBQ in 2018 and started to bartend in 2020 before the pandemic hit. With not much to do and a renewed interest in mixology, I read many drink recipe books, watched countless TikTok videos on garnishes and creative riffs on classic cocktails, and really started experimenting with different flavors. Once I was able to return to work, it was game on.

The big turning point for me though, was when I was asked to work a backyard wedding for a couple of bar regulars, and it was an absolute BLAST! I loved helping their vision come to life, with tequila sunrise shots as a "champagne toast," and signature cocktails for their theme, I made drinks non-stop and loved hearing people enjoy the menu we had come up with. Since then, I've done Oktoberfest parties, graduations, and even corporate parties/events as a bartender!

I recently started school again at BCC for Entrepreneurship, and decided it was my time to start a new journey, and I hit the ground running! After testing out some cocktails and mocktails I had come up with, I decided to start my own business where I could help people at their own events!

My focus is on having great mocktail options as well as cocktail options, so everyone feels like part of the party, and I hope you get to try one soon!
